I stopped working for this company for several reasons, but can tell you that I never yelled, denied refunds or bullied any of my clients. If I did play the recording for them, mostlikely they were yelling at me and saying they never agreed to the terms.. If I could not help them save money on their credit cards as promised, I would request a refund. If the refund was or was not given, it was out of my hands and I never told the decision. Outside my paygrade... There would be no reason for me to yell at any client. Not my business and no loss to me. I am a very honest person that had over 2800 clients that were either happy or a refund was requested. Once I gave the file to my supervisor it was out of my hands. I feel badly if they were taken advantage in any way.

This is the exact problem I am dealing with at this moment. I called Common Sense group every day for 1 week to cancel the service and never received a call back from the "supervisor" Dee Dee Albertson until yesterday. I purchased this "service" after receiving a phone call from the telemarketer. I had just worked an overnight 12 hr. shift at Saratoga Hospital, NY. Needless to say, I was tired and made the decision to buy without consulting my boyfriend and financial advisor. The agents told me that I had already been doing a great job with my credit but still allowed me to purchase their product. My first appt. with Darla also did not yield any decrease with my Bank of America cards' interest.
The company has also told me that I had to wait the full 2 years or pay off my cards to show that I did not need them before I could get a refund. I have had the service for less than 1 month and only had 1 phone appt. with Darla. Ms. Albertson asked if I thought they were going to work for free. I replied of course not and would pay for the app. 4 hrs. that they said they had worked. She then said she would have to talk to her supervisor, Darla.
I am very discouraged and feel that these people have taken advantage of me. If anyone can help me get this $1595 off my credit card I would truly appreciate it.

after speaking with Amy at Silar Financial, I feel I may have been scared to give so much personal info to someone I did not know. The counselor did call my credit card companies and try to get a lower interest on the cards. I should have trusted her more to work with me. My husband also did not know that I was doing this. I felt like I could not afford the fee. I am sure this service can help many people who have more credit cards and are paying high interest for many years. They can get your interest lower and help you pay off your cards sooner. I do feel that they would be able to help many people. Amy and I did work out a solution. I feel overall that this service would be an asset to people struggling to pay their credit card payments.
