Silicon Valley Imaging Faulty Digital Camera returned without repairs Fremont California
I sent my digital camera to SVP after explaining to them that it was not working and that it always takes very dark pictures, even after making necessary adjustments. Though they say shipping in the US is free, they did not reimburse me the money I used to send the camera to them. To make matters worse, they did not acknowledge receipt of the camera. After sending several emails to them, I got the camera back after about 3-4 weeks, just as I had sent it. There was no explanation. There was no phone number I could call. My camera was still under warranty and they did nothing to help.
