Buyer beware.

I was told on 3 occasions by the sales department that ALL my phones purchased through Simply Wireless would qualify for the rebates based on the plan I had selected. After getting this confirmation I purchased two Razr phones and one Samsung and also purchased the Cingular plan through them.

I received all the rebates in the box from Simply Wireless and filled them out on time.

After several emails and phone calls with no reply, I received a call today and they stated that only one rebate would be honored.

I performed a lot of searching for a company that would provide me with mutilple rebates on the same plan and that is why I made the purchase. This was all made perfectly clear.

I did ask over and over to make sure all the phones qualified with the plans I BOUGHT through them and they assured me they did.

They are misleading consumers and pocketing your money.

I talked to Vivian H and I consider the company fraudulent and a thief and not living up to what they promised.

$300.00 was stolen from me by this company

You can't change the verbage after you sell it

When I ordered my phones the online sale was for $0.00 after rebates. When I received invoice it clearly states. "NOTE: Each phone(s) is eligible for just one of each type of rebate listed below the phone(s) name. " KEY here is EACH phone. The plans are also on the invoice. Family Talk Nation 500 Cingular Add line Cingular Add line Now for the rebates. When Simplywireless was first selling the phones they were using a different rebate then the ones now. The problem is that the Rebate Center is not smart enough to figure this out. OLD REBATES: "To be eligible, purchase a Cingular digital phone and activate service on a qualified Cingular rate plan of $39.99/mo. or higher with a two-year agreement from Simply Wireless" I did this and it doesn't say anything about each phone needing the higher plan to qualify. The rebate even has a place to enter more than one phone for the rebate. The phones are connected to the higher rate plan but they are added lines. NEW REBATES: To be eligible, purchase a qualified wireless phone and activate service on a qualified rate plan of $39.99/mo. or higher each line with a two-year agreement from SimplyWireless.com As you can see there is a difference. I did purchase a higher rate plan had it does not say anything about each line. That's because that's how they were selling it at the time. I have also talked to a manager at the Rebate Center who said she is approving the rebates but I haven't seen the money yet. I will have to call back and complain each time I send the rebates in. All I can say is that the company does not have it together and they are stealling money from people.

To all consumers applying for a rebate offer: Please read all terms and conditions associated with a rebate offer. Terms and conditions for Simply Wireless' rebates are IN WRITING on the actual reabte form. You should read the terms of the rebate/contract/agreement as soon as you receive the product - do NOT wait until the return period has past before you read the enclosed documentation. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of an offer and/or rebate AND you are under the return period - return the product and cancel service without penalty. If you are past the return period then you are bound by the terms and conditions that are listed in writing. If you have anything that contradicts terms and conditions - provide it to Simply Wireless. We will review and validate the contradiction. I remember hearing a saying - if it sounds too good to be true - it probably is. Read the offer, in writing. Do not rely on verbal information - get everything in writing. Thank you.

The Simply wireless web site showed two Rarz phone for 199.99 with the Family Talk plan and a Cingular Add line. The Total for the phones was $0.00 which indicated amount after rebates. I then called and added a 3rd phone and validated the rebates. I am out $325.00 $200 for second Razr $125 for Sony Ericsson I either need my rebates honored or a refund of $325. The online website did show the rebates and the receipt shows the "Applicable Rebates for the ... " phones.
