I am filing this ripoff to let everyone one know, PLEASE DO NOT BUY A SPA CAPSULE.! This company (SIMULATED ENVINONMENT CONCEPTS)
I bought one last fall in 2007. I was to have 0 interest for one year, with NO PAYMENT. This was on a lease program. I HAVE THIS IN WRITING! After my year, I ended up with a card from G.E. money! with a high intrest rate.
I have had problems with the spa capsule . They were kind enough to send me a box of parts and told me to fix it myself. I ended up with a guy on the phone , who, had me take the thing apart and had me cutting wires and bypassing and rewireing the thing. WOW , WRONG!
After my year was up, and I got a HUGE BILL from GE money. I called Mr. Frank Mineo, he informed me , that something went wrong, and he did not understand WHY , the spa capsule did not go into a lease program. He sent me some paper work fill out and said, "that would take care of the lease" I filled out the paper work and fax it to him. Weeks went by, and he would not return my calls. I taked to some nice lady from a lease company, told her my story. SHE was in shock, that this company would try to put something a a lease, when I already had it. She informed me , That , they could not help me. I informed her, That she needed not ever never, lease anything to anybody from Frank the Simulated envinoment concepts. And to PLEASE POST THAT INFO IN HER OFFICE. By the way, SHE NEVER HEARD OF SPA CAPSULE! She thinks they downloaded the form off the internet.
So , bottom line, DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! All I have is a spa that does not work like it should, a big fat bill of 28000.00 and a company who lies and will cheat , and wont call me back.
