First of all the person who made the complaint is correct. They bought their vacuum from the same place I did. Igia (who represents Singer). I have had nothing but problems and the customer service reps I have spoken to have given me nothing but the run around. Today they hung up on me and then closed. You also need to learn how to spell if you are going to send and email defending the company. I will be calling Monday to cancel my order. If I do not receive my refund within 2 weeks, I will be filing a lawsuit against your company.

Yes we have had some cases with slow shipping and long waiting time on the phone... In the past year company have done alot to improve the Customer Servise. You can always reach them at 877 # Another question is where did you buy our product from... Many retail stores don't offer warranty ... and are selling vacuums that are over 6 month (and we offer a 6 month warranty from the moment of original purchase(to the reseller as well) meaning... if you bought the vacuum from a rip off seller, not from the original manufacturor, and then tryed to get something fixed free from us... it wouldn't really work... if you want to, you can read some more reviews at www.singerlazer.com I am now working as one of the OFFICIAL reselklers of SINGER Vacuums... we do provide up to 6 moth warranty, many other stores , don't , so be carefull (standart delivery time is from 2 to 4 weeks, there were some exceptions, and we did had trouble with FedEx, but now they are solved)
