I stand with Mike's notification on behalf of VCTI with regard to Mr. Briscoe's poor performance as an ISO of IPAYMENT/CHASE Bank under a mutual agreement to provide proper reporting of over 500 leads that were submitted by agents of VCTI and ProWealth Solutions for identifying potential End Users of Merchant Account Services. Mr. Briscoe promised in Email and Telephone communications on multiple occassions to submit a comprehensive report for each lead including name, business name, date and time of initial contact, and whether the lead was qualified for a merchant account and what was their status for setting up merchant processing. Multiple attempts to reason with Mr. Briscoe resulted in Mr. Briscoe refusing to honor his agreement and cease from all contact with VCTI as well as failure of Mr. Briscoe to honor his contractual obligation to pay commissions for those merchants who finally qualified and were setup on the IPAYMENT/CHASE Bank Merchant program through VCTI on behalf of ProWealth Solutions.
