Finally received refund in the mail today for items I returned to them on January 18th. They did not refund the cost of shipping the items back as promised. Lesson learned!!! I will drive 1 1/2 hours to Bismarck and support their skate shops before I ever buy from an internet based company again! If you want to get this company's attention do what I did, forget the web site form because they will not respond. I started a fax assault on them by typing a letter explaining my situation, made dozens of copies with the suppporting documentation and faxed it to them every two hours. This is the same fax number that they receive orders on. (listed on the website) Lo and behold I got a responce in two days but still took another two weeks to get the check (I hope it's good). What a shame for a company to boast about being the best when in reality-----they suck!!!!!
