Skin Optics Eye Essentials I accepted the free trial offer and called to cancel, but still received another shipment and was told that I did not cancel in time. Santa Ana California
I accepted the free trial offer from Skinoptics and cancelled the order a few weeks later. Because I did not cancel in time I was then charged full price for the order. I ended up having to contact them twice to at least have them stop sending this stuff that has made no difference at all. There was no information with the orders specifying a time line to cancel and if it was in the fine print you need to make it as big as the rest of the print.
