I ordered a 14 day trial of skin royale on the 11th. On the 14th day I called and my card was already charged $89. 14 days is 14 days. Charge should not have been made in the 14th day when I still has time to cancel. I called cs, not helpful. Talking in circles. After I cancelled all future orders, she offered me 2 months free. Why would I do that? She said it was an authorized charge and nothing could be done. I should have called yesterday. That would make it a 13 day trial. My bank is putting permanent block on any future charges. They are also filing a claim to get my money back. I'm still out $89 unless by some miracle my bank can get charges reversed. I feel really stupid and broke. The one time I do a trial and this happens. I won't be doing this again.
