Skinessentials nulexa Devasted & humiliated I had something extremely traumatic happen in my life & unfortunately wasn't keeping track of my visa & noticed that this company was automatically taking money, now up to 900.00 I don't even have the product that their changing me for. Just in tears today & was told too bad Mississauga Ontario
I was just browsing the internet, I'm not computer savvy and just learning. I came across an ad about skin essentials & nulexa, a free sample. As me being an aging women just wishing to slow down the process, I ordred the sample. The samples were 4.95 shipping, the samples came in a card board box and no information attached. unbenouced to me apparently I committed to a contract. The information is misleading dishonest. I purchased this in January. Soon after I had something extremely traumatic happen emotionally and physically distraught, i've been in intense theropy since. Because of this I was not keeping track of what was happening on my visa and they were chargeing me 200.00 a month. I did on two occasions receive the creams and brought them to the post office to return to sender, I assumed that they would refund my money but of course they did'nt. As of now my visa bill is at just over 800.00, so upset just in tears. the last few months I don't even have the product. I find it very strange that when I'm billed that they keep chargeing me about 5.00 more every time they bill me, not constisent. I called June 4 to try and get my money back, I was talked over and was called sweetheart by the operator as I told her that was disrespectful. I was getting angry needless to say the conversation ended quickly. I then called visa just in tears and was told I was not the only one, to go to the better business bureau. I am paying 800.00 dollars for nothing. Please please help me
