I haven't been able to use my paid Skype service for over 2 months, and have been trying to cancel any further billing for over a month. Emails for help with service were responded to - even if not helpful and only directing me to their FAQ site links, but none of my following emails requesting to cancel and no longer be billed haven't been acknowledged or responded to. Today I was billed again. The only way to stop them is to go to your bank and request a stop payment. Tomorrow I must make the time to physically go to my bank and fill out paperwork for this. I also now have to find out how to dispute the charges, as I have many emails attempting to cancel prior to the latest charges.  Of course, when I try to log onto Skype.com now, I get a message that my email address is not found in their databaase - but they're still billing me.
