SLR Motorsports scam unable to contact , Internet
Recived this chip and was surprised to find that the instructions were not vehicle specific but an example. If they can spend the time to design each chip per vehicle why not the directions. So I tried to contact them 3 times with no answer yet. The last time I wrote them I told them if I did not hear back I would be stopping payment and no answer yet. So I'm left with no choice and will be stopping payment.
I was able to find out how to identify the wires on a forum. That took awhile because at first I was trying ask type sites and that will just cost you more money. Now I don't even want to install it because I found out what a scam this co is and that this mod can potentially harm your engine.
I really wish that when I first searched slr motorsport chip reviews that this site came up it would have saved me the headache. Unfortunaley a site called Performancechips.com came up. I suspect that the two are somehow related because it gives slr the best review out of 5 or so chips. Oh and a 5/5 in cust service and it's basically a link to slr.
Live and learn yes but this should be illigal and we should have never been ripped off in the first place.
