I have to say your review is 90% lies!
I hold a legit business with all licenses and insurance under my name.
The license is mine, I am the holder and I do not use no one else license.
My workers are ligaly here, you are way out of line with that.
We were doing a repair for you witch I did not recommend, you hada leake in the lowest point of the roof inside the house, yet that valley drains 3 gable roofs that bring down a lot of water. I told you and your husband that we need to fix the shingles above that valley sine they were not installed right. You and your husband did not wanted to spend that money, you guys just wanted a quick fix witch I told you doesn't come with warranty.
The job was not "thousands of dollar" and at the end of the job after 4 people were working there you said you dont want to pay when they finished.
I talked to your husband and he aggree tro pay some of the job, that mean he cut off about $1000 from the total and his explanation was :"these are hard days".
I have never recommended you to replace the whole roof of the house, just to address the gables sloping to that valley.
I never yelled at you or your husband, it is not me.
When you called almost a year after the job was done I came right away, I never avoid my commitments and I always give the best service to all my customers.
The thing is, that your husband wanted me to do a new roof for free even in areas that we DID NOT work on threatening me that he will sue me and threatening with bad review. WE DON'T DO THAT.
You need to address and fix the problem right away, not just trying to get a free work by threateaning.
I wish good luck to the next roofing compant that will do the roof for you.
