I NEED HELP!!!

Hello, I am a writing this report to reach out for a helping hand. Here is my story:

July, 2007 I was contacted by an individual about a home based internet business that "will make you money". I was intrigued at the idea beacause I could use a suplamental income and I had never tried sucha a thing before. The way this "money making business" was described made it sound like a full proof system that would make me a "six figure income" and all for "today's low introductory rate of $199.00".

Well, I fell for it. After signing my name I became the new owner of my own "mortgage lending website". What I didn't know and was never told was that it would cost me an arm and a leg to make any money(or lack there of).

Shortly after the purchase, I was contacted by a man named Aaron Tomkins from Smart Advertising Solutions(whom I had purchased the website from) and he bagan to tell me about their "great" advertising packages that "really work, in fact we have customers making six figure sums fro this very package". Aaron was even nice enough to throw in some free "pre-addressed postcards" which I recieved to find that a large number of them didn't even have current or correct addreses. Long story short, I ended up purchasing "20,000 garunteed hits to my website in 12 months" for a very large sum of money. Beleive it or not, Aaron even got me approved for an American Express line of credit to pay for it all... What a nice fella, don't ya think?

Anyway, 12 months and zero dollars later, I had only 10,600 hits to my website and over $3000 in credit card debt. I phoned Smart Advertising solutions many times during the 12 months and was "garunteed" that I would have 20,000 hits to my site before the 12 month period ended. After the 12 months(July, 2008) I phoned them again and was told that they "did not" void their contract because "eventually" I would recieve the rest of my 20,000 hits. At this point I requested the refund for the full amount that I spent on the advertising to which they refused. I explained that they were in violation of th contract and I would be willing to settle for the remaining balance of the hits that were not delivered so as to avoid a lawsuit and they still refused.

I will admit that I did have two applications into my website for home mortgages and neither of them went further than the application process. In fact, shortly after one was submittied it mysteriously disappeared from my site???? I thought maybe it was just an error, but it makes me wonder just how many applications may have mysteriously disappeared from my site, and how many of them may have been approved and funded without my knowledge. Makes it look more and more like a scam operation, they use my money to advertise their services and I get nothing out of it.

At this point, I feel that I have been scammed, ripped off, and misled. I sank a lot of my hard earned money into this "money-making website" and now I have nothing to show for it but interest bearing debt. I am simply reaching out to anyone who may be able to help me get justice for being scammed.

1) Arizona Secretary of State for Smart Advertising Solutions who is changing their name to Image Incentives. 2) Arizona Attorney Generals Office 3) Arizona BBB Smart Advertising Solutions because there is no Image Incentives listed. 4) Dept of Consumer Affairs I couldn't find any such business name Image Incentives anywhere but was LUCKY to find out it was Smart Advertising Solutions on Ripoff Report, see these complaints about this company and found out from the above agencies about their postcard fraud. Then that they bought peoples info from a broker list that Cutting Edge Media Inc. sold to them from the AZBBB but were claiming that we "signed up for something with their company" which was a false statement. Plus when I entered the phone number 480-588-0703 they left it shows websites with numerous peoples complaints about being cold called/telemarketed on their DNC listed home , work and cell phone numbers which right there told me enough about this company and not to do business with them.
