Smiles Coffee ripoff shipped order and billed for affter cancelled Internet
I called and cancelled my coffe shipments at Smiles Coffee. I explained that I had been taken off coffee because of CANCER. The customer representative said she would stop the shipment that was to be shipped that day or the next. I received the shipment anyway!
Called 3 times and was disconnected. On the 4th time I got a person, after waiting 15 minutes. I was told I could NOT return the shipment that they were suppose to stop.
After reading the other rip-offs from this company I am going to report them to VISA! Do NOT ever start these coffee shipments!

the major company is Starnes Distributing 3638 West 2100 South Salt Lake City, UT 84120 company phone 801-974-4300 Fax: 801-974-4449 I was ripped off two and name and CC Number sold to other company's the other company's so far corrected the billing I'm waiting for the same Mr Calderone.
