This web site sells tobacco products. They accept your payment through pay pal and never send out any of the purchased products. I lost $109.00 in this scam and the web site is still opperating. There are no contact numbers and all e-mail's are returned to the sender. The financial gain of smokebreaknow.com is at the expense of people who enjoy tobacco products and are attempmting to save time by shopping on-line.
