I FINALLY received the order. It was in my mailbox the day after I posted the comment. However, it arrived a FULL MONTH after it was marked as 'shipped' on smokinginstyle's web site. Even though I eventually received the order, the lack of responses to repeated emails and voicemails and lack of a tracking number is unacceptable. If they were still waiting on the order from their supplier they should have let me know. Perhaps the issue here is not dishonesty, but horrible communication.
Additionally, why was my card charged at the time of the order if the item wasn't even in stock? NO reputable vendor does that except for special order or custom items, which this item wasn't. In any case, I will never buy from smokinginstyle again, and I recommend that any reader of this comment do the same.

Hello. The customer did make an order for a dugout. The customer knew it was out of stock. The customer did agree to await the order arrival. The dugout manufacture was not good, the product remained out of stock for more than 6 months. The customer never asked for a refund or a substitution on the order. The order was finally shipped but took longer than it should have to arrive and the customer knew it was on the way. The above information posted is false and I ask you please do not believe this misinformation. If the customer wanted a refund or a sub they can ask. Easily done. So please await the order and if not I can refund you the order. There was nothing wrong other than this product was out of stock for a long long time. Thankfully it was completed and the customer has the order and he can not deny this.
