Banyan or Social Dental as they used to call themselves has a lot good reviews here so must be a great company right??? Well, a lot of their reviews are "well-managed" because of their special status with google.......HERE IS THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS COMPANY and google has finally agreed to not delete this review. They do indeed help clueless dental offices get a decent Facebook boost after tricking them into signing a year long and contract with INCREDIBLY HIGH RATES....I was smart enough to talk them down to 25% (ONLY $300/MONTH) of what they tried to hook me on but even then, THEY ARE SO NOT WORTH 10% OF THE MONEY THEY CHARGE YOU !!!! Here is the truth - they have a great website, with great videos, very convincing sales people, and they have a decent idea although not original, they stole it from someone else. Regardless, and most importantly, they DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT STAFF CAN DO IN 1 MINUTE OR LESS WITH LESS 10 MINUTES TRAINING. They absolutely suck at website design, management and they are EVEN WORSE in SEO. Think about it....they are just like Prosites.....doing the exact same thing for every dental office....of course, they would not be able to help you break out...After paying them a lot of money and for using them for over 7 months for LITERALLY ZERO results in terms of patient growth from Facebook, I politely said no longer and THIS COMPANY IS NOW SUING ME for not paying them any longer claiming breach of contract....THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY WILL HARASS YOU IF YOU DON'T KEEP PAYING THEM FOR THE ENTIRE "CONTRACT" without telling you what the cancellation fees are, which to just pay the rest of the ENTIRE contract....Crazy! and even more unbelievable, they even admitted their failures. Listen, honestly, THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Hire real experts in SEO and website. I learned the hard and expensive way and now that I have real SEO and website managment, I just finally made it to google page #1 in spite of social dental. BUYER BEWARE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! THEY WILL HARASS YOU FOREVER.
