socialsitecreator.com took my money, forced me to close all paypal claims so they can give me support but since then no more support Internet
I got 2 stand alone softwares from that company and I did rent a server from that company.
First of all it took them a few days do provide me a downloadlink for that software and until today I got no login for my server. So they took my 360$ and thats it.
So I opened up PayPal claims and then they started talking to me and giving me the dl links.
Then I run into problems after the installment and asked for support but they asked me to close all claims so they can provide me a good support. Here is a message that I got:
Let us know if you need help.
Close dispute so we can continue to assist you.
Thank you.
So I closed the disputes, but since then no more contact to the support. Thats why I went to my credit card company to get my money back and they will help me to get it to the police next week.
So everybody who is looking into buying something from that company should rethink it and look for other solutions.
