Soft Holdings ripoff Failure to honour Software with no contact Hong Kong
Previously there have been messages on this site about the fraudulent sales tactics used buy this company to sell its horse racing software. I indeed purchased the software prior to finding anything out about the software as there was little around at the time.
I used the software at a loss and then had issues with being able to use the software correctly due to a poor internet connection. I have recently connected to a better service only to find that I now cannot use, update, or open the software. being a server based software and not a program running off my computer this means that the program is useless unless the server is running. I was told by the salesperson that sold me the software that this would not be the case, however it appears it now is.
The previous 2 articles on this site were pointing toward some kind of legal action and I am curious to know if this has happened and the site is inoperative due to this, or if the company has just decided that it didn't want to service the customers leaving people like me out of pocket to the tune of around $10,000 and if this is the case there will be alot of others in the same position.
