First let me start by saying that I've been a customer of the Solar Lounge for well over a year. I have NEVER had any kind of problem or issue since I've been tanning there. If I have a question, it is answered. I've always found Steve, the owner, and his entire staff, very professional and courteous. I find this "Rip Off" Report to be a means to slander the owner. I've not only seen this exact same post on this site but others as well. I understand that you are upset that your wife signed a 12 month agreement. However, I do NOT understand why you would let your wife, who doesn't speak english, go by herself. Your wife is an adult and should know better than to sign something she doesn't understand. Not only that, but she had to fill out a profile before even purchasing the package. So if she doesn't read or speak English, how did she do that? I signed the exact same contract as your wife, and before I signed it I asked numerous questions. Again, I am not an employee of the Solar Lounge only a very happy customer who extremely irritated that this individual is out to slander a company that is not at fault.
