I ordered a drink at 2:30 PM on Aug 30. Customer in drive thru in front was handed 2 drinks. I pulled up and after a long wait, got my one blue raspberry drink, receipt, and debit card back all at once. I am disabled and on oxygen, so it was difficult handling all three at one time. When I got home, I looked at the receipt.
It was for the customer in front of me who paid cast and got change back. Yet, I was billed for the exact same amount charged to my bank! I called the number on the receipt and left a message. NO RETURN CALL. I called the toll free number on the 31st. Nothing was done, despite promises made.
I called on Tuesday Sept 4, nothing done. Called back again on the 6th or 7th. Still waiting to be refunded from the THEFT!!!! Doing a charge back and contacting the state Attorney General Office of Consumer fraud and Crimes Against the Elderly, both.
