sonnie realty is a fake real estate broker that tricks home owners sending them letters from a fake investment corp called A-1. when in reality is actually her and her partner's called aldo bussi and christofer sivegny that pose to be investors. they promise the owners they will help them get out of foreclosure by buying their properties, their real intentions are to list the property, convince the owner that the best way is, to do a shortsale and that the property must be put under a trustee for them to able to give them $5,000 to $10,000.they purchase the property for themselves, find a buyer which they sell the property to for much more than what they bought it for. they dont allow the buyer or the seller to get their own attorney's because what they are doing is illegal and they could get caught. one of the attorney's that they use is scanlon & pinto 450 sunrise highway suite105 rockville centre, ny 11570. 516-378-3737. ms. pinto is the one doing all the trustee papers for sonnie saggio which is the brain of this all scheme. the homeowners are told not to ever call the bank that they will take care of everything, they dont want the owners to call because they dont want them to know how much their property was approved for. they are targeting the elderly and minorities that dont have the knowledge and information nescessary to know what to do in their sitiuation. in certain cases knowing that the homeowners will qualify for a modification or refinance they dont recomend them to do so. consumers be aware of this company and scams. its a shame that they still in business right now and doing this over and over again. and homeowners dont know in who's hands they are in. they also hire unlicensed real estate people so that they wont have to pay commission on buyers that they get and have no right to claim anything because they are not suppose to be involve in deals concerning real estate being that they are not licensed. sonnie realty is a fake real estate office, its just a front so that they could do their dirt awful scams to innocent people!
