SOURCES & SOLUTIONS - SCOOTER MAX ripped me off, I ordered a min chopper and did not get all of the parts to put it together, ripoff Chesterfield Missouri
On 12/10/05 I ordered a min chopper from this web site payed with creit card, Recived it on 12/16/05. It was for my son for xmas. When we opened the box some of the parts were scrathed up. And there were no bolts to put the handel bars on with and no bolts or anything to put the front fender on with.
So i go back to the web site were i got it and theres no phone number to call, only a e mail address to write to so i sent e mail and told what all was wrong. After waiting some time and no answer, I e mail them for a 2nd time still no reply, then after the 3rd time of e mailing them and still no answer.
I check my shipping lable for a name or something and it had from Sources & Solutions 11990 Missouri Bottom Rd. Hazelwood,MO 63042 And the name S. CAO AND A phone NO 636-519-8728. So i look up the phone no and it is a person name is WEMING CAO 15205 Lamella Ct Chesterfield MO. So i call this phone no and get a answering machine i left a message about every thing.
i finally get a e mail from this person wanting me to take photos of missing parts and damaged parts. So I take photos and send to him and no reply. So I gusse my son wont get a min chopper for xmas.
I even went as far as telling him in the last e mail that if he would send the bolts to put it togeater that would be ok and if he wanted me to i would bring it back to him myself and get another. i told him over and over it was for my sons xmas But he dont care. so I guess i just spent over $400.00 for nothing.
