We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We review nearly 3,000,000 image transactions each year and we agree that a single mistake is one too many. We do our best to keep errors to a minimum and to continually improve our processes. In the case of mistaken license plate characters, this can all be taken care of with a simple phone call. If a number or letter is misread, its simple - just call us and well check the image and transfer the toll to the correct plate.
