You mean Now that you're caught, publicly proven to be thieves and embarrassed you'll post a smarmy cover-up to lessen the public awareness?
Right?

Hello Galit,
We're sorry to hear about your experience with South Bay Expressway. First, our business practices do not include accepting money for trips that were not taken on South Bay Expressway.
We looked your citation up and found that it has been closed. Unfortunately, technology isn't perfect and sometimes when a photo is taken of a license plate, the numbers or letters are read or entered incorrectly in our system. This can result in a violation notice being sent to the wrong person. If we were unable to clearly read a license plate, the system may mistake an E for an F, for instance. This type of error is straightforward and easily corrected - the toll violations team will go back and review the day/time of the infraction and look at the license plate in question to verify. We take extra efforts to make sure this doesnt happen, but if it does, we correct it and waive the toll and fine, as we did for you. There are folks who choose to evade tolls, which is why we have the video surveillance system in place.
Anyone who receives a Notice of Toll Evasion has the right to dispute it, by completing the information on the back and sending it back to us. In a case like this, a quick call to our Customer Service Center upon receipt of the citation will resolve the issue in a matter of minutes. We see that you did take the necessary steps to contest the citation and since this violation was dismissed, there should be no further action necessary.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are always happy to clear up any mistakes that happen. Should you need anything else, please dont hesitate to call us at 619-661-7070.
