Today November 3, 2014 I received a letter Notice of toll Evasion-Payment Request from South Bay Expressway the 125 toll road.
The notice state My vehicle did not pay A required toll on October 19,2014 @ 11:24 AM at lacation 9016-BIR-SB-2. It appears to be a San Diego location by address. I have not been in San Diego over 10 years now. I have not been out of my local vacinity for more than 6 months.
The vehicle and license plate in question did not move out side of my garage that day, it was disabled to begin with and i'm disabled too. When I do drive it's very short distances.
This car with plate set in my garage in tact stationary several days before, on this date and several day after this incident in question. I have two sons who work on the LA County Sheriffs Dept., one of which was here this day in question.
These people are threatning to put a hold on my license if I don't pay.
I got this notice today and have not paid anyone.
