South Bay Expressway Cited a Toll violation when I was in not in town San Diego California
I was in San Francisco and my car was parked at park and fly. I have proof of flights, hotel check in. They send me a violation for $2 toll with $40 fine. Can you send a photo that my car was actually on that road ever, let aside that date.
