Dale, your credit card company will reverse the charge. You need proof of mailing and the date it was sent, as well as the date of purchase (receipt). Their web sites advertise their return policy all over the place, so it will be easy to confirm they are not living up to the terms of their agreement. Any credit card company would be happy to reverse the charges with this proof, and in fact, they would be obliged to by law. I would also file something against them with the Better Business Bureau.
