After 3 weeks that my order was placed and I hadn't received any shipping info I contacted them via email requesting the status of my order.
After no response, I send a FB message as well. Again after no response, I found a phone number on Instagram that they said was for texting. I sent a text and again, no response.
I called the number on their website and it was out of order.
I posted a comment on one of their posts regarding my shipping status and the comment was deleted and I was blocked from the page.
After some digging, I found a disclaimer on their site that said if you message them your order gets put at the bottom of the pile. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across.
I finally had to file a claim with my bank to get the charge refunded.
