While I will agree with you 100% that Tiger direct has a less than stellar customer rating, it is ultimatly the responsibility of who ever is sponsorign the rebate to make sure it is fulfilled. If the rebate is from the manufacturer then it is their responsibility to handle it, not the place you purchased it from. If fact, in most cases the places selling these products are forced by the manufacturer to provide these rebates according to contracts they have that allow them to sell thier product. About the only thing you can do is contact the manufacturer and try to get some help from them. It is very seldom that the store (on-line or not) has the ability to help you let alone actually wanting to do so. It is also a very good idea to keep copies of all your rebates, reciepts, bar codes. If they tell you they did not recieve it after you have told them you DID send it, they will usually accept copies.
