We are having the same problem as Andrea on 2 separate computer systems purchased by different families. The rebate fulfillment house for the Soyo barebone Computers purchased is claiming in one case that they have not received the invoice and UPC code. This claim is as astounding as it is ridiculous because they sent e-mail both acknowledging receipt of these documents and by a second e-mail "accepting" the rebate claim. In the other case their website indicates they have printed and mailed a cheque which we have never received. These guys are just lunatics. Bottom line is that by their own written promises both rebates were due at our location on Sept. 30, 2004. The date of this writing is November 14, 2004. Neither family has received a cheque. When we contacted the fulfillment house On-Rebate they claim to be behind or recommend we wait "a few more weeks". These people just do not pay. K. Wright Vancouver, B.C.
