1. Requested and paid Evaluation Transcripts Services $225.00 Divisional Course Analysis and $60.00 Verification (Peru) Total $295.00 on 01/23/2016.
2. Submitted copies of original documents with official english translations of the documents and syllabus too.
3. I live in NY and I try to be in touch with the NY Agency.
4. After I make my payment it was impossible to be in touch by phone with any Evaluator.
5. I was contacted from somebody from Houston asking for documents on 02/16/2016 and submitted a couple of documents.
6. Two days later I received my Evaluation an according with them three years of studies with a total of 4110 hours only represented 90 semester credit hours. I complaint about that and they said the "bollonni" that 2/3 of that time were workshops and labs and that is the reason why I have only 90 sch for the lecture hours. That is not true because I never had more than 2 hours lab per week in courses with 7 or 8 hour per week. There is not any proof in the statement that they tried to justify their poor evaluation.
7. Spantran is a Company that will charge you for everything that they will can. They add hidding charges little by little and at the end probably you will be very disappointed. They don't act with transparency and they are very unprofessional.
8. Spantran provides a service very generic. There is not total and/or partial reimbursement if you cancel its service.
9. I agree in everything to the previous complaint about lack of communication, hidding fees, etc.
10. I recommend to anybody NEVER TRY TO USE SPANTRAN it is a waste of money.
