This company promises to provide an adequate selection of dresses at resonable prices. They bring back dresses back from previous seasons and sell them at full price. They offer a No Return whatsoever policy. The dresses are usually falling apart when they leave the store. If they make any error, they are not willing to make any compensation. One instance, a customer bought a $350 dress and was assured the loose beadwork would be fixed. When the customer picked up the dress two weeks later it was given to her as complete but had not been touched. She brought the dress back and was assured a second time things would be fixed. She picked it up a second time damaged. She again was promised the dress would be fixed. She arrived the third time to find the dress the same but was told it had been gone over with a fine tooth comb. The customer was given no compensation and her daughter received her dress the day of prom and it was still not right.

The manager likes to fire anyone and everyone within their first week. If she decides she doesn't like you, you are out of there. I have seen people get fired in this manner repeatedly and fear for my job everyday.

I am an ex employee with full intentions on revealing Nona Shanks ways. She has since fired additional employees with no cause. She allows employees to fraudently use time cards, saying they are in before they are, Tabitha. She discriminates against customers not of caucasian decent. She advises customers that her previous manager smoked marijuana in the office. She floats checks in the register for cash when I have seen her check be declined through the check reader. She advises persons that they are fired because they are not working out for her and then Jim Coyle advises them they are fired for not making enough sales. Funny how no employee has ever received any kind of manual stating it is a job requirement to make so many sales per hour or they will be terminated. Employees are never asked to sign or read anything for employment. They are never even given I9's to complete. In fact the only thing employees are taught is how to ring sales on the register and take customers money. Sure Jim, you think you have a great business of 18 years ( which is your Texas store, not this one only in business for over a few years) but you are not around and you have no idea what goes on. You proved your ignorence to me when I met you for lunch 05/04 to discuss how little you know about that store. It was only your first time to that store ever in your life! Nothing I have stated about this company is false. And nothing I have stated would let me refer anyone to your knid of business. FYI - The dress story did happen Jim and you know it. It was my customer!
