We apologize for any confusion we may have caused. We take comments from our customers very seriously. Our goal is to exceed our customer's expectations and we understand that your experience was not what you expected. Our company offers different versions of voice calling plans that permit unlimited voice phone calls either on a local, regional or long distance basis. These products are designed to accommodate the vast majority of our customers' needs but they do have a limit on excessive internet or data usage. We expressly state in our marketing materials, welcome kits and rate sheets that Spectrotel's residential calling plans are intended primarily for voice use and are not intended for excessive data or Internet usage. Customers can check email or use the Internet occasionally at no extra charge for up to 7,000 local and regional minutes per month. However, internet and data usage beyond that level will incur additional charges under this type of rate plan.
