I worked for this company for 3 years. When it was French Quarter, it was fine. Now the son (FQ owner) merged with the dad (Spinnaker) and all is going down hill again. I just want to warn everyone that Spinnaker/Regency is on the verge of bankruptcy, they have lost contracts with almost all of the shows in town due to non-payment, half of their staff was laid off this week, and you probably will NOT get what you were promised at the time of your original phone call. As of one week ago, they only had 15 shows to pick from (the smaller 'no name' ones) and one restaurant. You will not have the choices that you were told, because they have lost those contracts. The hotels they use are only a 1star level, because they are the ones who need the business and give us a good nightly rate. The reason I am posting this is because their employees are treated like CRAP, even after working so hard and taking so much verbal abuse trying to take up for the company's wrong doings. I will say that when it comes to timeshare, you are ONLY obligated to 90 minutes. After that, you will still receive ALL (or in this case) some of your gifting (promised items). After 90 minutes, you CAN leave on your own free will, regarless, and there is nothing they can do about it. And remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please do some research on French Quarter/Spinnaker/Regency Resorts (its all the same) before accepting ANY offers over the phone. You will more than likely be sorry if you dont.
