I have no less than 5 e-mails from you constantly claiming how "sorry" you are that "your order" and "your project" can't be done, and how we should be patient because you'll get to it soon. So to rebutt that we didn't place an order is just a lie. As far as money, we asked for a price and you delayed that as well. The ripoff you perpetrated was to string us along for months and months, telling us you'd "get to it soon" when you actually had NO INTENTION OF GETTING IT DONE.
I want other people to know that you can not be trusted, that you make excuses and that you SHOULD NOT be trusted BEFORE they give you money. If you'll pull this kind of scam BEFORE they give you money, how many excuses will you make AFTER they give you money? Don't let yourself be taken in, people. BEWARE!

Splinter's Woodworks is a small shop providing custom wood projects and we strive very hard to address the needs of all our clients.
Before beginning the project for any of our potential clients, we require them to place 50% down when the order is placed and accepted. In this case, you never properly placed the order with the 50% down to begin the order and project process as specified on my website. There was never a request for a quote, nor was a quote ever given on this project.
It must be made clear that I did not ask for money nor did I receive any money for any project from you.
While I regret any confusion you have had in understanding how the order placement and process works, your charges are without merit. In order for Splinter's Woodworks to have ripped you off, money would have had to been taken from you. But as of this date, no money has been taken from you nor has an order been officially placed.
