Tonight we ordered a pizza for dinner and when it came we were disappointed with the quality of the pizza. We called Imo's and they sent another pizza to us, which took an additional half hour. By this time we had waited for approximately an hour. Seeing that this pizza was the same quality as the first I proceeded to call and complain. The owner then hung up on me twice personally, then when I called back she had her employees hang up on me as well another 2 times. We took the pizza to the location and tried to reason with her that it was not worth our money because of the quality. That was after the snide greeting she gave me when I entered. She said that she was sorry that she couldn't please us in a snotty way. Her reason for not being able to satisfy us was that we were too "nit-picky". After explaining I was from St. Louis and that's not the way they are made there, she said, "They don't burn their pizzas in St. Louis?" I continued to explain that if I sent back a pizza saying it was burned, shouldn't the second one be different? After only getting half of our money back we left not wanting to make a scene. I have never had anyone treat me so disrespectfully. It amazes me she owns her own business. I would like everyone to know that if you aren't satisfied with their pizzas, you're out of luck. I would recommend going to the Glenstone location. I spoke with the owner there who is more service oriented and deserves our business.
