Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On Sept. 7, 2004 I made another aggravating call to customer service of Sprint PCS. I decided to go straight to a supervisor because every time I try and talk to one of their not so well trained agents it turns into a disagreement and the call gets disconnected because the agent said something stupid like duh or whatever. Talk about being profesional.

Finally after about 10 minutes of waiting (shocked because it usually takes an hour.) Juan the supervisor gets on the phone. I explain to him since I've moved to the area (my wife was living out of state so I can get things settled in) our bill has had major problems. You can't change a phone number without having problems on you next statement. First it's we didn't know you had mobile to mobile. Then it's Ohh we didn't know your plan had nights and weekends starting at 7:00 p.m. Just when things are okay you recieve a $739.00 bill. and you guessed it. The mobile to mobile wasn't on the plan.

The month of July they double billed our plan. To change a phone number they added a cancellation fee, and in June forgot to remove the fee. They tell my Wife it's her fault because she makes so many changes on the plan. The only change she made was changing our phone numbers because we moved out of state. You wouldn't think it'd be that difficult. I say if you can't keep up and do it right the first time, get a new job because we're the one's paying you to stay in business.

Juan first explains to me that in June I only paid $40 and then when I brought out my check book and proved him I paid $242 and told him last week the 4th customer service rep told me it was a $150 credit they gave me in June by mistake and while correcting my July's problem they found their mistake and corrected it. I'm in the retail business and usually when you make a mistake you eat the cost or you take it out of someones check. He continues to tell me well this isn't a retail business?

If sprint isn't a retail business then why do we pay for your service Juan? Try to give me some explaination on to who makes the decision to collect on your mistake besides telling me that a board reviewed the case and that's all you know. Sounds like another excuse of I don't know and want to push it off on someone else. I will continue to call until the matter at hand is taken care of but be careful of a service that has the worst customer service in the nation. Sprint the ripoff PCS.
