Some Tech at Sprint Karren P employee # p11kcraig01 was very rude and completely uncompromisable. I asked Karen for the phone number of someone (high UP the president, vice president or even the stock holders which I have recently found is a matter of public record accessible via the internet.)

in the company that might care that they are going to loose a great deal of money because everyone I spoke to didn't seem to care about the companies financial well being. I don't have the last name and ID number, but someone at the Sprint company Kevin told me that I couldn't do a d**n thing about it because I was a cripple, I will testify under oath, even take a lie detector if you don't believe me.

And would not give me address of anyone of importance that should probably know that I'm going to picketing there main store in Dayton/Kettering Starting in and or on Dec. 1St and ending on Dec. 24th for at least the next 7 to 14 years (I'm guessing that is how long it will take for my credit record to be expunged, because I will not pay for services that you cannot / did not provide) years lasting the rest of my life picket his main store (from my wheelchair) that you people ripped me off and wouldn't give me my money back or replace the phone and that you blatantly sold me a phone knowing full well it was in a dead zone, that or you just turned down the power on it.

( I HAD TO DIAL 911 A FEW TIMES AND THE RANGE WENT ALL THE WAY UP, SO THEY DO HAVE THE POWER TO MANIPULATE IT) (Radio Shack had a hand in it as well) I tried getting the phone replace, (thinking that it may be defective, but was still talking to some tech again that was condescending and told nothing wrong. THE PHONE WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

I sometimes have to dial the phone up to 15 times just to get connected and for proof I called tech support and had to call back 5 times to get the answer because I kept getting disconnected. I'm also going to numerous websites to warn millions of people of your rip-off tactics (i.e. turning up the power on the phone for the first 2 weeks or 30 days (until the warranty expires) and then turning it back down unless you yield to paying for one of there more expensive plans which I cannot afford because I'm handicapped and not working) Im going to start chain letters to warn even more people of your ripoff bullsht as well as file reports with the BBB, FCC any and all... and see about hiring a lawyer for all the hell that you put me thru.

I do have a phone book and a regular hard line now and will call everyone in town, and other towns to see about a class action lawsuit, Trust me I have all the time in the world, and after they way sprint treated me it will be my pleasure. I have nothing but time and enough pent up anger at you people, I promise, no I vow that if you don't at least give me my money back for the phone, the spare battery I bought, accessories, and my deposit (well it was a present from my 84 year old Grandmother, wife of a WW2 POW fighter pilot.

I will go to news stations and even 48 Hours and other such shows if that's what it takes to stop you from doing this to me and to other people. Maybe you think that I don't have time and resources to fight you. And just in case you don't think that I have resources as far as lawyer council you better look up the (mylast name) Law Firm In Cincinnati, Ohio There family, as well as but so help me god, this cripple has friends in high places. I'm sure after they (the FCC) investigates and I start getting replies from all the newsgroups and Bulletin Board System postings for the class action lawsuit. Its Nov,11th now and I will give you till the first of Dec. to think things thru or maybe this posting / complaint will get to the proper persons at Sprint maybe something will get done.

Everytime you advertise a new phone I will be out in front of the store with a sign directing people (WARNING THEM!!)to this website and others that talk of your rotten dishonest nature.

You people make me sick, you aought to be ashamed of yourselves,, beleive me, what comes around goes around comes around.. . one if these days you will get yours, and beleive me Im going to do what I can to help it along !!!

I JUST WANTED TO RESPOND TO ALL THOSE WHO WANT TO PUT SPRINT DOWN. I WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND HAVE FOR AWHILE. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS TRYING TO PUT SPRINT DOWN AND PLEASE KNOW THAT BASICALLY ANYBODY CAN ACTUALLY GET HIRED HERE. YOU GO THROUGH 6 WEEKS OF TRAINING AND THEN YOU ARE OFF TO TAKE PHONE CALLS FOR YOURSELF. THEY DO HAVE QUALITY ASSURANCE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE DOING YOUR JOB CORRECTLY, BUT THEY DON'T TO EVERY PHONE CALL. I AM AN OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JUST BECUASE I HAVE BEEN ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE CALL. WE CAN ONLY WORK WITH WHAT WE ARE GIVEN.THEY SHOULD OFFER BETTER TRAINING AND NOT HIRE JUST ANYBODY OFF OF THE STREETS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE PATIENCE, YOU SHOULD NOT WORK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD. LIKE EVERY PHONE COMPANY, SPRINT DOES DO EVERYTHING JUST TO BARELY GET BY. IT IS THE FCC THAT REGULATES THE COMPANIES, SO WE AS A NATION SHOULD STEP UP AND DEMAND BETTER QUALITY. AS FAR AS INDEPENDANT COMPANIES THAT WORK WITH SPRINT, IE RADIO SHACK, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. YOU KNOW YOU SET PEOPLE ON PLANS WHEN THEY DON'T REQUEST IT JUST TO GET CONMISSION. THAT IS CALLED SLAMMING AND CRAMMING. I SEE IT EVERYDAY AT MY JOB. PEOPLE CALL IN TICKED OFF BECAUSE THERE PHONE BILL IS UP IN THE HUNDREDS BECAUSE THEY WERE SET UP ON A PLAN THAT THEY DID NOT WANT, BUT YOU DO IT ANYWAYS. IT IS PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT HAVE TO SIT THERE AND LISTEN TO THE PUBLIC SAYING THEY ARE CALLING THE FCC, GOING TO KILL ME, AND GETTING A LAWYER TO SUE ME AND MY COMPANY. RADIO SHACK EVEN SETS UP KIDS,TEENAGERS,AND EVEN PEOPLE THAT DON'T EVEN LIVE WITH THE PEOPLE JUST TO GET YOUR COMISSION. SPRINT REPS HAVE TO CLEAN UP YOUR MESS ALL THE TIME. THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK NEXT TIME!

I work at Radio Shack and let me tell you first off that Sprint is designed for MAJOR cities and MAJOR highways, they don't have the coverage to get you what you want, so they offer cool phones, low deposits and good deals(in most cases). I don't like to sell Sprint, I would rather try to tell my customer that sometimes another cell phone carrier will work better in their area. As far as you thinking that it is Radio shack's fault, doubt it. Radio Shack is a partner with Sprint, but we can't just exchange the phone like its no big deal. We do have inventory to watch. I am not trying to sound rude or anything, but Sprint can't turn the power up and down, that would be illegal. Besides, your phone will only work where the towers do. And if Sprint doesn't pay another cell phone carrier to connect some calls for people, then their phones won't work at all. I mean, its not that hard to understand, its kind of like taking a loan from the bank, you borrow money first and then pay them back. That's what Sprint would have to do to use other service providers towers. So this issue you have with Sprint is just that, with Sprint. Radio Shack is just trying to help them out of DEBT!!!!!!! Not that it matters in their situation anyway, ya know.
