purchased family plan with 5 lines projected to cost 194.00 a month contract stated free pcs to pcs unlimited night and weekends pool of 3500 minutes.

last bill was $859.00. past bills have been as high as 400.00 Never had a bill below 213.00.

bill very hard to decipher. didnt look right but paid it anyway because it was so difficullt to scrutinizewith 5 lines and the way it is set up is very confussing. I called a few times but they never were helpful or clear.

This time was way out of whack. I phoned CS and of course was on hold forever and finally after speaking with CSR was told I do not have free night and weekends as I was told when signing contract. I asked for a copy of my signed contract. Was told it was not available

any longer.(I am sure had this been in their favor they would have produced)

I went home and found my copy which in fact Did say UNLIMITED nights and weekends for as long as I have this plan.

I went into Sprint store and had store manager look at my contract, verify my claim, and fax copy to supervissor Nathan Berry at Sprint CS. He then told me he would only be able to possibly credit back to me the last 60 days.

Sprint still stinks. I dont see how they stay in business because they refuse to render excellent Customer service. This one is really a no brainer. A legal and binding contrat and an error on their part. I have been offere nothing thus far.
