SPS WIll not honor loan modification because they do not have too. I have a auction sale date on my home. Salt lake city Utah
I have a breach of contract litagation started against SPS. I cannot make loan mod payment, because, SPS
will not accept this amount. I had a pricnipal reduction modification from my lender and SPS denied accepting the
terms. I had gone to state senator, CFPB, Ombusdman dept and no one had a conclusion. I finally asked my
account mge. in which they keep changing account mgrs. I asked for verification legal department reviewed my loan
documents, no one found any notes that legal dept or loss mitagation saw my documents.
Now I have a sale date for auction.
Count me in !!!
