I have never been so dissapointed and decieved. I am the type of person who researches for weeks before making a purchase. I had a few opportunities to purchase the bike I wanted, but decided to go with SSR Pit Bike USA because of the way the company represented istself online and the customer service Jason Stevenson showed. (Before Purchase)

I read the policy stating if they didn't have the bike or color of your order, they could send something similar.I wanted a specific motorcycle so I called Jason and asked if he had the one on their website. He stated that he had numerous bikes exactly like the one the I wanted.

After the online purchase, I emailed and called numorous times for tracking information, but never recived it. I wanted to be sure to be present when the bike arrived, but couldn't becuse I had no tracking info.

When the motorcycle did arrive, it was a completely different than the one Jason Stevenson guarranteed me. The shipping crate was damaged, and when I opened the crate, the gas tank was dented, the seat frame was bent, there were numerous scratches on the engine cover, the headlight casing was cracked and broken, and the brake pads weren't even in the the shipping crate.

Not only was the bike completely damaged, when I called Jason and asked him about the the bike he guarranteed me, he said that "that they haven't made that bike in years."

I called the manufaturer (Icebear) they stated that SSR Pit Bike USA is not an authorized dealer. I know now that Jason Stevenson did not personaly order the bike. When I asked Jason Stevenson about replacing the parts he said I should have been presant when the bike arrived. What! How can I be presant when I have no tracking info.

I have sent several emails and made several calls, but Jason Stevenson has yet to reply to any of my messages. The only reply I ever recieved concerned payment. When I do catch him on the phone he dosen't remeber me or the order.

Jason Stenson will tell you what ever he thinks you want hear, and put you off hoping the problem will dissapear. Jason Stevenson told me he filled a claim with the shipping company. I wanted to contact the shipping company and find out the status on the damaged shipping claim, but couldn't because Jason Stevenson did not know who they were. The motorcycle was shipped out of California and Icebear had know record of the order.

So my bike sits in my garage useless. I orderd the motorcycle for my two boys, but all they can do is look at it. I have spoke with Icebear several times and can't even get parts from them. I have searched everywhere looking for the parts that I desperately need but I can't find them.

I have not exadurated or stretched out the story of my experience with Jason Stevenson whatsoever. If he deviates from what I have wrote here in a rebuttle , you too will hear his lies.

Beware. Jason Stevenson has many different websites and buisnesses.

It is unfortunate and shameful that somebody would want to defame, slander and attack a person and a company because they cannot be patient and let the process of filing a shipping claim work. This claim was not out of the ordinary and was resolved in less than 7 days.
We have almost 10 years expierience in the powersports business and thousands of happy customers. That is why we compleated his claim and shipped parts in less than 7 days.

-->

We are not sure why Tracy Nunley has personally and publically slandered one of our workers oon this website. Tracey Nunley called us exactly one week ago and informed us of the damage on his bike. As of today, exactly one week later, we are shipping him replacement parts for his bike. This was a normal shipping damage claim just like any other and he has completely overreacted.

We assume that since he works for the prison system in the state of Utah that he assumes everybody is a criminal and guilty of whatever he says or thinks. This would explain the reason he has called us at least 10 times in the last several days before we have a chance to call him and continuously ask if we are going to send him parts. He also called today and our 3 lines were full. He could not get thru so he then emailed us this:

"I feel it is my duty to warn the public about your business practices. You have blatantly ripped me off, and you can't even respond to my phone calls or emails. I posted the truth about our transaction on Ripoff report .com. I am going to let the public know daily by posting on all mini bike, motocross, scooter, and atv forums until this is resolved. I am very adamant about this."

There are also several misrepresentations in his initial story. Here is the rest of the story:

Tracey Nunley claimns: "He stated that he had numerous bikes exactly like the one the I wanted" and “When the motorcycle did arrive, it was a completely different than the one guaranteed me"........

This is actually not true and a lie. We do have this bike in stock but we also make it public knowledge on our website, in 3 different places, that there could be slight variances in each model. The model he received had a slightly smaller gas tank and slightly smaller wheels. Other than that it is exactly the same as the one pictured online.

Tracey Nunley claims:  "I wanted to be sure to be present when the bike arrived, but couldn't because I had no tracking info."......the shipping company called Tracy Nunley before delivery to set up a time and he never answered.

Tracey Nunley claims: "when I called and asked about the the bike he guaranteed me, he said that "that they haven't made that bike in years.".........this is a blatant lie. Our representative informed Tracey Nunley that the larger tank version had not been made in at least 6 months and that they are coming with slightly smaller tanks now.

Tracey Nunley claims: "I called the manufacturer (Icebear) they stated that SSR Pit Bike USA is not an authorized dealer"........Icebear is a manufacturer and know us under our company name, The Fun Factory.

Tracey Nunley claims: "I have sent several emails and made several calls, but he has yet to reply to any of my messages. The only reply I ever recieved concerned payment. When I do catch him on the phone he doesn’t remember me or the order"................

this is also a lie. He has emailed us once and that was upon our request for pictures of the damage. the only other email was the threatening one he sent today. He has called several times and actually got his rep on the phone all the times but once. Each time our rep told him that the parts would be replaced and asked for 1-2 days to get the claim worked out and get the parts shipped. He called in yesterday, Tuesday at 1pm and was told that we would check on the claim and call him back. he called us back less than 24 hours later and when he couldn’t get thru he then filed this report.

Tracey Nunley claims: "Our rep will tell you whatever he thinks you want hear, and put you off hoping the problem will disappear. He told me he filled a claim with the shipping company. I wanted to contact the shipping company and find out the status on the damaged shipping claim, but couldn't because Jason Stevenson did not know who they were."

........once again, not true. He was told by our rep that it was an internal person that filed the claims and not himself personally. He was also informed that we do not put that person on the phone with customers or she would never get any work done.

And if we wanted the problem to disappear, why did we call the shipping company, file the claim, and ship the parts?

It is unfortunate and shameful that somebody would want to defame, slander and attack a person and a company because they cannot be patient and let the process of filing a shipping claim work. This claim was not out of the ordinary and was resolved in less than 7 days.
