St. Joseph's Hospital Mis-billing and over charging Phoenix Arizona
I had in the last four years, two visits to the out services dept. The first was for ultrasound, after getting the copy of charges from my ins. found added charges. Contacted the Hosp. billing dept. was told a "computer" mis charged,and they will remove it and refund back to my ins.
2nd time went for minor surgery, again after getting my copy from my ins. added charges. This time one for pathology (I at this time had already paid for my pathology).
I spent aleast 3 days trying to find out about this added charge, turns out that "a doctor picked up my report and billed off of it" and again they refunded..
Just want everyone to be careful and watch out for over charging.
