Stafford lakes apartments Fraud , liars Fredericksburg Virginia
Hello. I lived in stafford lakes apartments for a year starting feb of 2012 to April of 2013 .. It started ok then turned bad ... People moved in below us and started making our lives hell !! We started complaint to the office ... It got to a point where we said we are not signing another lease we are moving !! My husband has his 5 year old from another marriage and we put her in school so we called to get a copy of our lease that's right a COPY Denise and Zachary .... They fraudentally had us sign a new lease without us knowing ... How does someone get away with that in court ??? They LIE !! We had a lot of proof that the property manager and assistant manager were breaking the law .. We had tins of va statues . The property manager Denise lied to the judge and said that I called and asked when can we sign our new lease ? Whatttt ! We wouldn't of stayed there if they paid our rent for a year .. Stay away from this place unless you love getting lied to .. Talked behinds your back. And taken advantage of ..

Your wrong . From what I saw y'all must not pay attention in training . I called to get a COPY of my lease and got suckered into a new lease 2 months before my lease ran up . I have no need to contact you nor do I need to . You didn't solve any issues I had . All I heard was lied . Stay away from this place . Smh

Customer Service is our number one priority here at Amurcon Realty Company. The on site management team doesn't "force" people to renew their lease. If your lease was renewed as you stated, you would have had to complete a renewal offer and accepted that offer. We always educate our residents to read everything before signing that way there is no confusion or question. Our staff is also trained to explain in great detail the lease agreements and renewal documentation. Our staff is certified to practice in the state of Virginia and have gone through hours of vigorous training. Our standards for our employees are above the industries. Also it is our policy to distribute a copy of your lease agreement to you after signing. Each one of our residents even sign an acknowledgement that they receive the lease.
