I also did not receive my $20.00 Prime Peripherals/Staples Modem rebate (#40). The original rebate company (www.tcarebates.com) does not respond to any type of communication attempt. Staples representatives, at their 1-877-235-9088 number, only refer you back to the original rebate company, or suggest that I go to the Staples store to speak with a manager. This is NOT the way Staples should allow their rebate programs to work. Any additional help would be appreciated. [email protected]
