He stopped paying child support in 1987. Has resided in Panama for over 10 years and travels to the U. S. on a business Visa.
Also has business contracts with U. S. Companies.
The courts here will not reopen the case because there is no jurisdiction for Panama. He has three children in the U. S. who he refuses to even acknowlegde. Has three other children who he lives with.
Proof in a letter from him of threatening legal action against his own son from persuing child support from him.
