Startup Essentials And A-1 Leasing Forced lease with no exit - no return rider. Dallas Texas
The Startup Essential package and program is extremely difficult to make any money - the company give your very vague and basic info to "Start up a lucrative business" and a cheap Acer laptop with a small 16 Gig hard drive and limited Ram for a great price of $139.99 per month for 48 months. That comes out to $6719.52 for a $500 laptop and some general information on starting your own website that (as it turns out) I could have gleaned free on the internet. This is a rip off! I just wanted to get my wife into a business that she could run from home -- she has been teaching in a private Christian school for 23 years and the school does not have a retirement plan. We have been paying on this junk since 07/06/06 and have gotten nowhere. To make matters worse, the salesman passed himself off as a Christian man who "really believes" in the system. I guess he "really believes" that his company can make good money off of gullable dummies like me.
Now, not only do I not have a retirement plan for my wife, I am suckered out of $6,719.52 that I could have put in her IRA.
This company needs to be reprimanded, sued and fined -- and the monies returned to all they have cheated.
