STATE CONSTRUCTION, L.L.P Fraudulent billing, embezzlement, Life Insurance theft, changing of life insurance beneficiaries to themselves HOUSTON Texas
State Construction had in their possession my father's life insurance policies, totalling $1.5 million. On September 1, 2002, my father had a seizure and was diagnosised with lung cancer which had caused tumors in his brian. After hearing this news, my parents wanted their life insurance back. State Construction (Marty Rogers, President and Don Stephens, Vice President) would not give back their policies unless that paid a HUGE amount for them. Basically held their policies for randsom.
That is when my folks decided to place a restrain order on them granted by the courts. State Construction even AGREED to the restraining order then turned around and sued them for wrongful restraining order. After the order was placed on them they (State Construction) forced my parents out of the office building.....they even called the police on them. Then they fired me on the spot. They did not pay me for unused vacation days or any kind of severence pay either. One week later we had found out thru thier life insurance that STATE CONSTRUCTION was even trying to change the benificierary of my father's policy from my mother's name to their company's name, STATE CONSTRUCTION.
Further more, we also had found out that DON STEPHENS had written 97 Promissary notes totalling $2.7 million without my father's knowledge. Because of that, that has left my parents bankrupt and constantly threaten by those that DON STEPHENS stole from. DON STEPHENS basically pocketed that $2.7 million and is now building a HUGE home out in HIGH-MEADOWS RANCH out in North Houston.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STATE CONSTRUCTION IF MARTY ROGERS AND DON STEPHENS ARE RUNNING THE COMPANY. You will be lied to, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!
