Stay Trendy Company ships what they want to not what you order! internet
I ordered from this company when they advertised under "Brad's Deals" a bathroom Decor Essentials with 5 available styles. I ordered the Leaf pattern. They charged me for the product and in about 14 days I received an order, it was not Leaf but Zebra. They do not have a phone number so you have to correspond in e-mails. I let them know and they asked for a picture of the product that I received which I sent them. After a week or so I received an e-mail saying they were sorry and were sending me my bathroom set. Today I received another one and guess what it is ZEBRA too! Now I have two sets of ZEBRA , no address to return the sets to and no phone number to speak with someone so I guess I feel that this really is a RIPOFF! You can order what you want but they will ship you what they want to. I don't know where to go from here. I e-mailed them again and asked that they refund my money if they do not have the product that I ordered. WOW! I am steering clear of BRAD's DEALS now! THis is the second company that I have had problems with! If it is not Khols, Belks or a well known establishment they will not get my business again!

StayTrendy after my last e-mail agreed to send my money back for the item that was not correct. They did do this withhin two days. I am now happy with the results and thanks to RipOff.com!

On the same day that I filed my report about StayTrendy I received an e-mail saying good news my item was shipped! Well, I was elated that maybe with the third try they would get it right, guess what, I tracked the item and it was the item i received the day before but had a diffent tracking number in the e-mail than on the package. I e-mail them again on the 6th but have not received an e-mail from them again. Seems odd that a business doesn't have a phone!! Wow I really don't want another bathroom set now I can go buy one for all the trouble this has caused me. The website is: staytrendy.com
